Vinyl Sticker Instructions:
All vinyl stickers over the quantity of 10 should be supplied for machine cutting. Please supply your PDF file with the cut line on the artwork and set it up as follows:
- Open your artwork in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
- Define the cutting path: Create a path that defines the exact shape where you want the cut to occur, ensuring you have allowed bleed.
- Under the swatch panel options, apply a fifth colour to the path (keeping the colour mode to CMYK) and name the swatch “CutContour”
- Re-save the file as a PDF and submit this artwork to the job
- The cut path you have created will not be printed onto your artwork, but give the cutting machine the information it needs to cut your stickers.
General Instructions:
- Artwork must be correctly sized with required amounts of bleed
- All transparency effects are to be flattened
- Overprints must be set correctly for desired result
- All colour profiles are to be removed (except for stickers with CutContour)
- Ensure all images are at correct resolution
- Registration marks, keylines, dielines and other non-printing items must be removed
- Crop marks, if required, are to be positioned outside bleed area.

Foiling and Spot UV
Standard 2mm on all sides for artwork - Foiling/ Spot UV area will need to be 100% to size.
Foiling/Spot UV can go right to the edge of the product and bleed out if required

Foil colours available are Gloss Silver, Black, Copper, Electric Blue, Magenta, Red, Navy Blue, Matt Gold, Gloss Gold, Rose Gold, Matt Silver and Reflex Holographic Spot UV is clear gloss
All fonts need to be embedded or converted to curves so they print correctly - minimum font size is generally 8pt using a sans serif font - larger pt size for serif fonts

General Instructions for Foiling and Spot UV:
- Foiling must be supplied as a 4 page PDF. Page 1 will be artwork for printing only on the front. Page 2 will be artwork for the back. Page 3 is for the foil block only (foil area as 100% black only, vector art only), Page 4 will be the front art and foil combined to use as a positional guide.
- Spot UV must be supplied as a 3 page PDF. Page 1 will be artwork for printing only on the front. Page 2 will be artwork for the back. Page 3 will be the Spot UV layer supplied as 100% black as vector art and in the correct position
- We don’t correct, modify or proofread artwork so please check copy and layout.
